Brady Harris

Brady earned his M.A. in International Affairs from the University of Utah and has spent more than 20 years operating across Payments, FinTech, and SaaS. He has served as CEO of IXOPAY and Dwolla, and as President of Payroc, which he helped lead to a successful exit.

Across his career, Brady has led 14+ acquisitions totaling more than $4B in enterprise value and has advised leading institutional investors including Advent, Long Ridge, and True Wind. His operating experience spans both venture-backed and PE-owned environments, giving him a clear view of what institutional buyers look for at every stage.

At Ollin Ventures, Brady is a General Partner focused on the $10M–$200M revenue stage, where he helps founders scale go-to-market, professionalize operations, and position their companies for strong outcomes.
