This Privacy Policy applies to ollin.vc and ollinventures.com (the “Site”), including the private Atom Fund Data Room accessible to authorized users. It describes the practices of Ollin Ventures and its affiliated management entities (“Ollin Ventures,” “we,” or “us”).

By using the Site or accessing the Data Room, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue use of the Site.

We collect a deliberately narrow set of information:

• Contact form submissions — the name, email address, affiliation, capacity, and message content you choose to submit.
• Email addresses used for Data Room authentication — the address to which a one-time access code or sign-in link is sent.
• Authentication records — timestamps of sign-in requests, successful and failed authentication attempts, and the account associated with them.
• Investor access records — the name and email address of an authorized user, the date access was granted, its expiration date, and whether access has been revoked.
• Session information — the start, most recent activity, and end of a Data Room session, together with an estimate of engaged time in the session.
• Document viewing activity — which documents an authorized user opened and when.
• Document download activity — which documents an authorized user downloaded and when.
• Basic technical information required for security and website operation — such as information exchanged in the ordinary course of serving web requests and the diagnostic logs our infrastructure providers generate.

We do not sell information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. We ask that you not send us sensitive personal information, such as government identification or financial account numbers, through the Site or the contact form.

Information described above is used to:

• Operate, host, and maintain the Site.
• Authenticate investors and other authorized users.
• Secure the Atom Fund Data Room and detect unauthorized or anomalous access.
• Administer investor access, including granting, extending, and revoking permissions.
• Understand and improve website and Data Room performance.
• Maintain the security and integrity of our systems and confidential materials.
• Respond to inquiries you send us.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, audit, and recordkeeping obligations.

Data Room activity records — including views, downloads, and session activity — are visible only to Ollin Ventures administrators and are used for security, confidentiality enforcement, and investor relations purposes.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect investor information. These include authenticated access to the Data Room, row-level access rules enforced at the database layer, private document storage that is not publicly addressable, short-lived expiring links for document access, restricted administrative privileges, and logging of access activity.

No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. While we work to protect information appropriately, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Site and the Data Room with that understanding. If you believe your credentials or access have been compromised, contact us immediately.

The Site uses only essential cookies and browser storage required for authentication and core website functionality — for example, keeping an authenticated Data Room session active and remembering your light or dark display preference.

We do not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site marketing trackers, or ad-network pixels. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before such technologies are introduced.

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to deliver the Site. Depending on the function, these providers may process limited information on our behalf in the categories of:

• Website hosting and content delivery.
• Authentication and identity verification.
• Cloud database and document storage.
• Transactional email delivery, including access codes and notifications.

Providers are engaged to process information only as needed to perform their function for us. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, auditors, or authorities where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our rights.

Investor authentication records, access records, and Data Room activity logs may be retained for security, confidentiality enforcement, audit, and compliance purposes, including after access has expired or been revoked. Retention periods reflect the applicable legal, regulatory, and fund recordkeeping requirements.

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the correspondence. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to retain.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, subject to our legal and recordkeeping obligations. Authorized users may request that Data Room access be revoked at any time. Requests can be sent to the address below.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Site or our practices change. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
